Rules:
- Authors can make up to 3 employees. (The list of positions will be put up @u@;; )
- Authors can make as many guests as they want... as long as they plan to check out.
-* In saying that, guests *can* be 'regulars', so when they disspear, they aren't gone for good.
- If an authour wants to leave, permanently or temporarily, they must PM WalkedAway or any other author to let everyone know.
- Only employees need/have character refs. Guests don't!~
